About Me:

I am a botanist/plant ecologist with the Wetland Science Program. My responsibilities include wetland delineation, assessment of potential wetland mitigation sites, monitoring of wetland mitigation sites, monitoring of endangered plant populations, and establishment of endangered plants on mitigation sites. This work is done primarily for Illinois Department of Transportation road projects. I also do research on vascular flora including floristic botany and the genus Cuscuta (Family Convolvulaceae) in Illinois.
